BEACH RETREAT is a gated Beach Front community that affords all the amenities of a family vacation destination.
A favorite with families, beach lovers and those that just want a quiet get-away. Guests are privy to a large private beach, complete with umbrella and two beach chairs (seasonal) awaiting you beachside each morning and a volley ball net for your recreation. Beach Retreat Condominiums is a four story low rise, low density complex with plenty of parking. The focal point is our tropical, 3000 sq. ft seasonally heated pool, with fountain sprayers and hot tub, three pergolas, two provide shaded areas for those who do not wish to sunbath. Our pool bib is also accessible to wireless internet. The pool adjoins our club house, complete with meeting rooms, full kitchen, game tables and large screen TV . The Clubhouse can be reserved through our property management company, Newman Dailey Resort Properties, for weddings, showers or family gatherings. A fitness room is also available. Conveniently near the pool and condo area are bike racks and a grill area.
The four story building has a trash chute for each floor and an elevator on each end of the building. We also have an on site maintenance supervisor, who is always willing to assist with any questions or needs. The Association also provides on site police security during "high season".
Take long walks on the beach or bring the family bikes (rentals also available). There is a walking and bike path that runs the length of Scenic Gulf Drive. Also great for walking your pet. Beach Retreat has a designated pet station.
Our sugar white sand beach, emerald green water is always unbelievable to first time visitors. Absolutely the most beautiful beach you will ever see There is a marked crosswalk to the gazebo and boardwalk. The gazebo is a great place for family photos. In the late afternoons or early mornings watch the dolphin pods playing in the surf. WE have a large variety of sea birds, always interesting. We are within walking distance to several restaurants.
