During high season, Matt is your full time beach attendant. MARAVILLA RESORT CONDOMINIUMS is a 33 acre family oriented Gulf Front low density complex. First and foremost is our beautiful sugar white beach, the largest private beach in Miramar Beach, Fl., during high season we have a full time beach attendant, Matt . Our beach is always uncroweded with lots of room for use of our volleyball net. MARAVILLA RESORT is gated and we have an on site property manager, Eva .
Maravilla is a gated community with Eva as our full time on site property manager. The expansive and off street parking lot provides plenty of parking, with a portico for bldg. #2 for convenience during inclement weather. There are two pools, one heated seasonally with a hot tub, the other with a beautiful Gulf view. Adjoining the North pool is a clubhouse which can be reserved for family gatherings, weddings or watching football on the big screen TV. The fitness room and property manager's office is also in the clubhouse. We have a tennis court, basketball half court and shuffleboard. There are two BBQ grill areas, one for Bldg. #2 and another at the clubhouse. We have three outdoor beach showers. Biking is always fun, you can bring your bike or rent bikes, racks are provided. The walking/biking path runs the length of Scenic Gulf Drive.
We are on the beautiful Scenic Gulf Drive and within walking distance of the popular POMPANO JOES Beach restaurant and Kenny D's for a quick lunch.
